The first one.

When the Mondo Chachi webcomic thing started, the site was called Mondo Muerte, a vehicle for my Dr. Doktor Muerte character/alter ego. Here is the first comic I did for that site. For this rebuilding project, I’ll try to present them as they were originally posted as much as possible with whatever pieces I still have.

I reference a new and improved Muerte Labs in the text that precedes the comic. There was once a Muerte Labs site where Dr. Muerte reviewed movies, but that project ended and disappeared into the void, probably for the best, though Dr. Muerte may write reviews again sometime in the future.

This one features Robespierre who you can see in “Yucks” magazine and Content the Poop who has yet to appear in “Yucks”. I forget what the cat woman is called, but I’ve been drawing a version of her (off and on) since the album “GRRRRR! It’s Betty Boo” came out many, many years ago. On the cover Betty Boo is wearing an outfit like that and I liked it so much I “borrowed” it.

Hello, greetings and all that,

Welcome to the new and sure to be improved Muerte Labs. Pardon the mess, I’m still unpacking.

Are you hungry? I think there some chips or something in that box over on top of the Spiky Centrifuge of Death.
